All our products are quoted in CHF (Swiss Francs). Exchange rates movement can lead to fluctuations in your home currency.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Price: The prices for our products are listed in CHF. (Swiss VAT) Your order may be subject to local customs, taxes and duties at the time of delivery. In case of return items, these tax and duties may not be refundable. Shipping and other costs: Shipping fees are free, but customs, taxes and/or VAT will be borne by the buyer. We can only return or exchange goods, if you have received the wrong items by us. Other than this, we have a no return and exchange policy. All our items will be checked thoroughly before sending. If there would be a special case, we would need to check this by a case by case basis. You can always contact us: info@pekhor.ch. If approved, please note we can only send a new watch if there is still stock available. Especially with limited timepieces. Otherwise, we will need to repair or find another model for exchange possibility. We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

The warranty is only valid with proof of purchase through official reseller or with the valid warranty certificate. The warranty will not cover: Abrasion by aging, wear and tear (scratches, fading coated materials, leather, rubber). Damage from abnormal use (incorrect operating, abusive use, deep diving, etc.) and accidents (knocks, dents, broken crystal etc.) Repairs of unqualified persons, or third party services other than PEKHOR watch official service centers. In any case, before sending back a watch, contact us to get advised, if you are covered by guarantee and to make sure you have the correct packaging. The warranty will become null and void if the products taken apart or modified by anyone other than an authorized repair centre. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product (if available). You agree to indemnify and hold Pekhor Watch GmbH harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pekhor Watch GmbH assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Switzerland, (Kanton St. Gallen, Rapperswil-Jona), without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Switzerland, Kanton St. Gallen. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
